DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY GROUP! This is the WORST renting experience of my life! The apartment I moved in to was so dirty! Despite asking for it to be cleaned prior to move in, I walked in to find FECES in my toilet. When I complained they promised me that the apartment was cleaned. The shower rod and hooks in this apartment are the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. It is clear that this place has not been deep cleaned in years. I also have garbage included in my lease, and it is 17 days after move in and I still do not have a garbage can. My refrigerator is rusted and I was promised it would be replaced prior to move in. It was meant to be replaced this morning between 8am and 10am and it is now 10:05am and they have not arrived, or responded to my calls/texts. I switched my shift to make this work and got up at 7am for absolutely no reason. Prime Property Group NEVER answers their phone. It goes straight to voice mail every time. I have never been able to talk to anyone on the phone and no one would do a walk through of the apartment with me, ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Prime Property Group takes advantage of renters.

I am so disappointed with Prime, and I am ready to move on and never look back. As I try to figure out the final settlement and cleaning up issues, they are not even professional enough to wrap things up. I find that in general, they have gone downhill and are sloppy and unprofessional.

1) They did not provide details behind the final settlement. I don’t think the rent was reported correctly, but I cannot validate without seeing the details. I asked for an itemized statement, but they were not able to produce one.
2) They continued to charge some small fees after the contract ended. They did not bother to refund anything.
3) For a few months, I took over managing the property because my tenants complained about the lack of results from their repairs. They volunteered 1 month manangement fee for free but never gave me the credit. Some of the repairs only address the symptoms but not root causes. Not sure if there is conflict of interest when they generate income by making repeat repairs.
4) They were charging technology fees to my tenants without my knowing. It cut into the rent increase
5) Prime notified a tenant of the rent increase, but never followed up. The tenant was not paying for rent increase for a few years. Their reports were hard to understand so I did not pick up the issue.
6) The garage was not leased per the lease. It turns out that it was given to the tenant for free, without my knowledge.

There are actually more issues, and the above are examples of what I experienced.

I worked with their Sacramento office/group. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. My experience with this group as a property owner was by far one of the worst. Extremely poor communication and lack of accountability. I would not recommend their services based on my recent experiences.

I am sure the admin will post a response to reach out at their email which I think will be a waste of their time.

I am beyond upset and frustrated that the property I chose to rent is managed by this group. Micelia is the girl assigned to the property I am renting. She takes days to respond to a simple text instead of communicating something simple as, “oh our system was down so I could not email you the lease agreement”. The apartment was not cleaned upon move-in even though she stated it would be. I even pushed my move-in date back so to make sure things were completed. Worst experience by far. Really want to say screw this property & request for my deposit back.

The unit I lived in required me to submit multiple service requests per month. They do patch work service requests. Had mold in my unit. We had plumbing issues. The paint used for our unit started chipping the day we moved in. They aren’t professional and do not ensure safety measures are enforced at the units. Our secure gate was frequently broken. When we moved out, they took more than 1/2 of my deposit, despite being cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend moving into any units managed by them.

UNPROFESSIONAL LAZY MANAGEMENT. I CALLED TO REPORT SQUATTERS NEXT DOOR DOG BARKiNG ALL NIGHT IM IN FEAR OF MY SAFETY/NEIGHBORS SAFETY.. i WAS TOLD TO CALL THE POLICE. WhICH I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES ALREADY. I TDLD THE MANAGER THEY NEED TO CALL SHERRIFS AND FILE AN OPEN COMPLAINT this was advice from Sherriff. SEAN SAID IM THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM SO I NEED TO CALL.THE CITY AND HUNG UP.

My experience with this apartment leasing company while attempting to schedule a viewing was quite unusual. Communication was restricted to text messages or email, with calls consistently going unanswered or directed to voicemail.

After requesting a same-day self-tour in the afternoon and providing my ID as requested, I received confirmation. However, following this confirmation, there was no further communication from the company.

To my surprise, the next day, I received a text informing me that the apartment I had requested to view was suddenly unavailable.
