My husband, Tom and I experienced a large tree coming down on our house during an ice storm and it was scary. Prime Restoration came asap and surveyed all the damage and made all the arrangements. This included cutting up and removing the tree. assessing roof, gutters, siding, attic damage as well as some leaking damage from later rain. Their crews were very professional and worked long hours each day. We were very impressed with their professionalism, quality of their work and we would readily recommend them in the future. It was an anxious time for both of us, but we soon realized our restoration was in good hands. Our friends and family were very impressed with the rapid response and completion of the damages.

Prime Remediation responded within hours of my call into my insurer AMICA. Prime’s almost immediate response identified the root cause of our water leak. A mitigation team arrived the next morning to remove water saturated walls, ceiling and insulation. Furnishings in the room were protected, and Prime thoroughly cleaned the house upon completion of their work. Prime Remediation team was polite, professional, knowledgeable and most of all effective. Great company and awesome people to work with.

Thank you to Adam, Jason, and Scott (and your crew) on your swift, thorough, thoughtful, transparent action on our major fire at our church. They have a huge job to accomplish and they are on day 3. Compared to other companies that I have worked with for this type of work at other churches, I have been literally blown away. We haven’t less than 10 workers on site T any given hour cleaning our space. Literally wiping down each and every book and toy in the preschool and nursery. On top of the big scrubbers and mold work. I'd give zero stars if I could. They hired terrible subcontractors who ruined my house. Supposed to be a week job and three months later I'm now fixing their mistakes after firing them. Sue who runs prime could care less. Rug had to be replaced twice! Then fixed a third time! Walls and floors they had to come back 8 times and still messed up. Don't waste your time with them!

They Sent a subcontractor to do siding
Now that there’s a problem with it they state the subcontractor is actually a roofer who does siding on the side!
Had them replace my front door while they were here

Just discovered they reinstalled my keyless door opener incorrectly so my door hasn’t been locking since they did it
Maybe they need to stay in their lane and stick to roofing because they fail at everything else
