Jayme is amazing and was welcoming and kind from the very moment we met her. She even allowed us to meet in person rather than doing everything purely by virtual transaction. In addition to her beautiful personality, she was fast and efficient in everything to help us get through the process as seamlessly as possible. I had spoken to a couple other Loan Officers before meeting her, and she definitely made me feel like I could really get this done as a new homebuyer, answered every silly question I had, AND filled in a few question marks and misinformation from other sources. I am tempted to find another place to buy right away just to work with her again!

Jared was on the stick from the word "Go". He was quick to answer my many questions and for the weird and off the wall questions that he could not answer right away he researched and got back to me in an impressive time.
My loan was not the average or basic loan and had many tricky corners. When you are working with Jared you are also working with the company as a team.
The Underwriting team that he works with were also very helpful, kind and understanding.
I was also very impressed with the software that they use that makes applying and finishing the load very easy and educational.
His commitment to the customer is more than a transaction, it's a relationship!

I worked with Amber and she was great. Stayed very comforting and personable through my journey of a 1st time homeowner. Of course I had way to many questions but she calmly answered them all and didn't treat me like I was dumb for not know and she always had time for me, especially through text, which was awesome. I work on the slope so it was great the company was able to do most signing through electronic signing. Overall, I couldn't of done it without Amber. There was a few others but the connection as if she was my friend looking out for me through this process I've never been through, that is why I stuck with her and this company. Thank you Amber!!
