I don’t even know where to begin…I knew Prestlie was good at her job but she went above and beyond and further exceeded my expectations. She was so patient and kind with my grandma would wanted to sign everything by hand and was going through a very hard time after losing my grandfather.

Prestlie made excellent recommendations on how to sell the home quickly, as my grandma really wanted to be out of the house. We followed all of Prestlie’s recommendations and had over 13 offers on the house by the end of the first weekend it was on the market.

Not only did we have tons of offers but we got a fair amount OVER asking price. This was largely due to Prestlie’s experience but also her extra efforts in things like pressure washing the outside of the house, sidewalks and driveways in addition to cleaning up the yards and perfecting the staging with help from some amazing recommendations she provided.

Start to finish the house was on my market for 6 days! We got an offer on the first day listed but we had set a deadline to allow offers through the weekend.

If you're looking for a realtor, stop and hire Prestlie! My husband and I weren't too serious about buying, but if the right thing came up, then we might jump. Prestlie went right to work and found us the perfect home! It ended up being a new build that doesn't *require* an agent, but man do I recommend one! She helped get us the best deal available, kept things on track when the builders were trying to delay, and when there was a hiccup, she negotiated on our behalf for an even better deal. I can't recommend working with Prestlie enough!

Prestlie was the best! We called her on a Saturday evening interested in a home and that night she got us with a loan officer, and we were pre-approved by Sunday morning. We went to check out the house that afternoon and immediately wanted to put in our offer. Offer was submitted Monday and we were in contract by Monday night

We then had to go and quickly get our house on the market and into contract asap. Within just a few days, Prestlie got us up on the Market and just 3 days later we were in contract (and at asking price!) Our selling process was nice and smooth.
