Marvin sold a house to my parents and they were extremely pleased. They had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them. You can tell he really loves his job and works hard to make sure all his bases are covered.

My mom is like a little kid. She asks one question after another and Marvin didn’t even break a sweat!

I would advise sellers n buyers to stay clear of this Realty Company. They were not my Agents working for me, but the seller' Agent. Jackie Putman is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, ROUGE AGENT that my Agent Tina Price with Keller Williams, have had the DISPLEASURE of doing business with. The property that Jackie has listed is at 400 E. Roberts Ln. Space 83, Bakersfield, 93308. After having a pest inspection n a Home Inspection, the mobile had some very, very serious problems. Numerous, leaks, hot water heater about to fall thru the rotted wood it was sitting on and an abundant amount of moisture under this mobile, outdated plumbing under mobile, galvanized gas lines n I could go on n on.
