I live across the street from one of their units that have been vacant for YEARS now. Their advertised price is over $9,000 a months for DATED, RUN DOWN building.
It will be nice if something character, welcoming, AFFORDABLE would be able to run its business there.
It use to have a liquor store which was nice to have across the street.
I am not sure if they rent out the other units but dear god all the food establishments have to charge an arm an a leg. Sadly I am not able to afford the food there on the regular basis.
All the immigrant business owners are afraid to speak up on how run down the building is.
Maybe its not the company fault for being expensive but they do have influence. And it is a shame to watch landlords in this area not be able to out two and two together, simply base their business model on delusional greed and then
wonder why this area is not business friendly.

worst company to deal with Brad Ehikian the one who responsible for the store we're about to lease took us two months and in those two months he never answer phone calls or reply to our e-mails or texts very bad attitude and then we call the property manager her name is Teresita she told us you can call me and text me anytime brad doesn't answer she answer the first time then she keeps saying i'm at meeting i will call you back and she never call back.
