They said they'd allow early termination if something came up with my unstable circumstances, and then when something did end up happening, they made me pay pentaly anyway, and had us do all the work of finding the next tenant, and refused to list the property until far later such that I had to pay more penalty. They also passed my inspection, but wrote it in pencil and later changed it to fail part of it and charge me money for that.
