I wish I could give a 0 Star but unfortunately this site only allows a 1 star!. Jaime Leal! Is a slumlord! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!..... He harasses you and without notice evicts you! Please Stay away! he allows drug addicts to live on this property!!! I paid over $30K in legal fees fighting a case because, Jaime asked me to "be his security" for the property on 1916 NILES St. Not once did he assist me, as I was arrested for protecting the property he requested me to protect....I BEG YOU PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THIS MAN!!!!!!!!! THIS AREA IS RUN BY HOMELESS AND ADDICTS! HE DOESN'T CARE IF SOMEONE BREAKS INTO YOUR HOME!!!....

The owner of the property, where my office is located, is a no nonsense person, which I appreciate. I have too many things to do to waste my time with the trivial and unnecessary. He recently remodeled the office and maintains the building very well. He is responsive to requests and is easy to work with. I could not be happier.

I called a number on a house I was interested in bc there wasn't a lot of info on it i called them with no attitude I was very professional but the man who picked up my call was so rude he didn't want to help he rushed me when I was talking to him I last asked him if it would be possible to see the house he told me so rude I'm not just gonna give u the key I need u to go through a back round check and see if you qualify I said fine I last asked him if I can go down there to apply he said apply online .I wanted to see more house that's fine lol
