many were receptive until they closed the contract. After that very complicated. I rented a cheap apartment, went back to my previous house and asked for my money back, but they said I had broken the contract. for not staying in a house without housing conditions.

I have to admit I just did a Commercial Real Estate Deal with Joe Ponte. He worked his butt off to get me the best deal possible on my property. He brings a ridiculous amount of knowledge to the table. Anything from Engineering, Insurance, Financing, the list is so big. He never seems to run out of ideas. Before you think you can't swing a deal or you want to invest in a property, this guy is a wizard.

Filled out an application, was dealing with the company for 2 weeks in search of an apartment. I started a month ago, and all of sudden the apartment is off the market. No call, no text, not even an email on the approval or anything. Pretty sad. I'm not happy. I will not be interested in the assistance of this company. Just a BIG waste of TIME on my end.

This has got to be the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with! They waited until a few days before closing to reveal a bad title on the home I was purchasing! A bunch if crooks! Would take days to respond to high important emails and somehow 'misplaced' my good faith deposit!
