Great guys, always there helping me even with the simple questions I have. Tons of patients. Ponciano is the father in charge, but I do my taxes with his son Jaime. I did my taxes for 2020 this year with them because my cousin was telling me every year to try them out
So I did and they lost one of my papers
From my earned income tax credit and got my papers mixed up with some one else
I asked them did u submit my eic they said yes
So it’s 5/21/21 it’s been a month since I’ve done my taxes and I was supposed to get a California stimulus 2weeks a ago and I call ftb
And they tell me the eic form was never submitted . Now I have to go download the paper work and mail it in I was lied to and my paperwork was messed up
I hope any one who qualifies for eic makes sure it’s done
