I cannot speak highly enough about Debbie Barnard! We have used her for 12 years or more, and have always been nothing but satisfied with her and her willingness to show us a house whenever and wherever!! She goes above and beyond for her clients and looks out for their best interest. I would recommend her to anyone, from a first time home buyer or experienced, if you want someone that’s going to get the job done!!

Really weird, found a house online and wanted to look at it. Scheduled a showing but the day before showing was asked to prove income, which is not a problem but felt as they were just digging for info as the house address will not pull up. When I asked why within the next 5 minutes I was told it was no longer up for rent and listed for sale. So I asked the cash price and was told an absurd number. I was warned about this property management company like most in the upstate. My phone, however has been blown up with spam calls since giving them info for a house I don’t even believe was real. Regardless very unprofessional and unethical. 216 Catalan ct might be a real property but I would stead clear from it and this company. Best of luck.

Edit* so you policy is to charge app fees, ask for lots of personal info and then when it’s given say the house is no longer for rent and when I ask the “ cash price “ I'm given a number that is obviously not true.
Extremely unethical and dishonest. As for the spam calls they were never received until I did and paid for your application.

MLS no. 305531

Approx total heated sq ft. 3359

Upstairs listed as 1,705 sq. Ft.

House has a basement listed as 1,664 sq. Ft HEATED below grade.

No thermostat, no vents.
One medium sized heat pump on side of the house (assuming for the upstairs).

Do not understand how the basement can be advertised as HEATED.

Buyer beware.

Even the agent (not with Ponce) said it was unethical.

Michelle Gleed Ponce Realty was great! We came to SC in October 2020 looking for land on which to build our retirement home. Michelle guided us around the Greenville Spartanburg area, showed us several properties, gave us the lay of the land and even recommended some great restaurants. We eventually found a piece of land on our own, and ended up selling it 8 months later. When we decided to sell, I immediately called Michelle to handle the sale.
