The staff has been amazing. They made my move from LA so easy. They answered every question, met all of my crazy requests, changes in move in date, discounts, etc.
Also the amenities are 💯 + gym has all we need and the pool is beautiful.

Was pretty happy until I was told I had to put the valet trash can inside my apartment, and if I didn’t I’d get fined, I think this rule is quite ridiculous and the idea that the VALET trash can needs to be inside my Apartment during a set period of time or I get fined 25 dollars is as dumb as it sounds. How is this sanitary, lack of ventilation and the stench and pests the trash would bring from having to keep it inside. I’d have no problem taking the trash to the dumpster myself but we are forced to pay for the valet trash. Office staff are awesome but this new rule is questionable. Also, side note , the dog park is trashed and run down.

I've had a great experience at this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is very responsive and fast. They definitely keep the place looking and functioning well. The staff is very kind and helpful. Overall, I've had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome management, love the apartment, hate the valet trash/internet that you HAVE to have. The internet is super slow and if you play any Multiplayer games forget about it. (90 dollar internet fee btw) and the valet trash is way too small compared to my trash bags I normally use.

The apartments are new construction, so you are either the first or 2nd person in that unit, big plus. There is a nice pool with personal cabanas and lots of seating, and also a 24-hour gym . All amenities are key faab access, so there are no randos in the pool area or taking up the gym equipment.
My dogs love the park. In fact, I have to go there at least twice a day, always more..
Lots of kids and some great people in the community.
There is a lake, and it does have fish for catch and release, a couple geese and red stripe turtles, dragon Flys, and the mosquitos aren't bad just the no seeums during the normal hours for them.

Parking is ridiculous. Never have parking available and if you are a visitor you have to have a visitor pass or you will be towed. They want an extra $75 dollar a month for valet parking pass. RIDICULOUS!

#1- Five weeks ago, the office staff was informed one of the hand railings for the pool was loose and could be hazardous. Two days before this July 4th holiday residents are notified the pool will be closed until the "just now notified" pool repair company actually makes the repairs. They knew five week ago. The pool was closed the entire month of August 2023 for the same thing.

#2- No where in my current lease nor upcoming lease is it stated that the trash can for valet trash service (which residents MUST pay for) MUST be keep inside the apartment from the hours of 5AM - 6PM or I'll be fined $25 per infraction! This was sprung on me after I'd already signed a new lease. I'm retired and not getting up at 5AM to be certain the can is out of the Breezeway. The entire year we've lived here, our trash can didn't blow away once during a big storm, which was the reason I was given for the new rule.

#3- When our lease was signed July 2023 we were told the flower bed irrigation system had just been installed and shrubs and flowers would be planted within a few months. Two + months ago, pine straw was spread on many of the flower beds BUT not all of them, the pine straw bales are still stacked up in many of them. Isn't that a fire hazzard? The palm trees beds along the main drive are covered in weeds. AND STILL no shrubs nor flowers anywhere.

#4- How about the trash along the roadway into the complex that we pick up every couple days because no one else does? There was a maintenance employee who took care of that when we first moved here, he's gone.

I truly don't feel much like a valued resident anymore.
