Pleasant visit for a tooth extraction!!! Enjoyed seeing the new Point Clear office. Dr Green and his assistant were professional and very good at making the procedure a smooth one. Details of procedure, options available and anticipated costs explained. Overall experience was a good one given situation.

I missed a Scheduled appointment and there was no recrimination. I was worked in soon thereafter , had a 3-4 hour procedure and even had a local anesthetic despite my oversight. My results exceeded my expectations. The office is well run and friendly and the expertise exceptional.

I love the Point Clear office. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by friendly smiles and helpful ladies. I had some special work done, with Dr. Roach and Katy. They are such a delightful team together and I was completely at ease. When I came in I let them know I had a recent back injury and they were very considerate, making sure I was comfortable through the procedure!
AND I adore Maugrit! She has taken care of cleaning my teeth very professionally and with a great deal of care and concern for your comfort. I am 72 years old and I am so happy to find caring and competent dental care at Point Clear Dental's beautiful new office.

Fantastic experience! Everyone was very nice. Office was clean and modern. No upselling or questionable suggestions for unneeded procedures. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and Point Clear Dental is it! Kaylin is an excellent hygienist very personable and conscientious. If you are looking for a dentist please give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Extremely unpleasant staff. As I waited with the dental hygienist for the dentist to come in it was taking a while. She left 'to go find the dentist' and then I could hear her talking about me in another room. Then when the dentist came in and recommended I get a crown put on he could visibly see I was upset due to a fear of dental procedures (a very normal thing). Dr. Vallee's response was 'it's nothing to cry about.' The staff here really need to improve the manner in which they speak to patients and realize that sound carries.
