I just called them a elderly couple who are homeless in there sixties and has no where to go and they said they would have to fill out a form to even be thought about and would most likely be put on a waiting list and there homeless

Living here was pretty good. They're helpful, however, the moment you tell them that you'll be moving out, they try any and every way to keep your deposit.

Do not take their word for anything! Be safe and put everything in writing.

They require pet cats to be declawed to live here. That is INHUMANE and illegal in 42 countries!! Just don’t accept pets! They don’t deserve that torture for your mediocre apartments.
