I have to say Alie Walmsley is awesome! She governs our HOA community with kindness, and when an issue comes up, she solves it in a timley manner.

Thank you Alie for all your help in keeping "The Vineyards" a nice community to live in.

I just had to take the time to shout out PMP! I am seriously blown away by this fantastic HOA COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TEAM. Definitely not an easy field! Often thankless in fact. I’m here to change that! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, efficient, respectful, excellent response time and amazing customer service. Everyone I’ve encountered has been top notch. One in particular, Michele Rould, has truly impressed me. Breath of fresh air! Highly intelligent, trust worthy and moves with a sense of urgency! Timing is everything in my business. Keep paying HOA to them and pool hasn’t been fixed and gate keeps breaking down. The two accounts we have with them keep getting credited incorrectly. Checked with my bank and they said PMP took the money & banks put account number on the check correctly. Now I’m writing physical checks and I’m still, supposedly behind on my payments. I’ve never had this problem with the past 3 HOAs that ran our development. Gate damaged my car and they refused to help me fix it. Horrible HOA company. I can’t recommend them to anyone.

I held couple of family parties at the Skyline community Clubhouse ( Basecamp and Lookout) and Kelsi helped me on both. She responds to my inquires promptly, very professional and easy to work with. Thank you for all the help, Kelsi! We all had fun on our parties!
