Working with Brenda Avila from PMP Management on our recent project at The Galaxy Tower was an absolute pleasure. From day one, she was engaged, responsive, and fully committed to the success of the project—not just for us at Ideate Design Build, but for the entire HOA community she represents.

We provide plumbing work for most of the condo buildings in Long Beach and no other GM has been as professional, informative and overall helpful as Brenda. She truly goes above and beyond for the homeowners at Galaxy Towers and makes our job easier and more fulfilling which makes us want to continue to work with the building.

So incredibly happy with my introduction from PMP Management so far. When moving in, I needed some assistance with maintenance fairly quickly - Sara Z was extremely thoughtful when guiding me through the appropriate steps as a new resident in the process of moving in.

As with any move-in or maintenance call, things can get complex - her timeliness, genuine nature, and communication skills set a high bar. Thank you Sara for your kindness and commitment during the first few weeks - our family sincerely appreciates you!
