Hanan was a fantastic agent for my wife and I when purchasing our first home. This is the worst property management company. PMI purchased SAGE. SAGE was wonderful and these guys are horrible. They are crooks and do not keep records straight. We had 3 rentals and moved to another company shortly after they purchased.

Hanan Ayoub is an absolute gem of an agent. She not only helped me with the rental property, she also helped me with the purchase of my beautiful home. Stayed there for 3 months. Great fenced backyard with grassy area for puppy and saw no rabbits or coyotes. Master bed mattress was
firm and all the appliances worked great. Location was very convenient, and handyman came promptly when needed
