As a former tenant with PMI I can tell you that when it's time for them to give you your security deposit back they will do whatever is in their power to not refund you your complete deposit. They will send you high invoices with items that are not damaged and increase service repair items. Please be very careful and take pictures and videos of how you return the property to them.
