I am a renter, and PMI Antelope Valley is the property manager for my home. I have been very impressed with PMI thus far. The rental process went smoothly and PMI was nice enough to schedule a long tour of the home so I could take all of the pictures and measurements that I needed. Additionally, they are always friendly and professional on the phone when I call, and they are quick to resolve maintenance issues when they arise. They are also quick to reach out to the owner when I have specific questions (i.e. painting, lease extension). When it was time to renew my lease, the owner was immediately contacted and I was given an answer right away, which was very much appreciated. Thank you, PMI, for a job well done! They do a great job of keeping us informed of service requests and we appreciate that they are flexible to work with our contractor when possible.
