This company lacks the intestinal fortitude to do and say what is right. We have had so many problems with this company and no oversight. Unless you want his workers standing next to your fence and watching your children play. Lack of care or oversight of any maintenance being fixed or finished. House had a gas leak for three months before it was fixed to which I and my family were sick the whole time which is recorded and notated. His sneaky practices were sent to the bbb as well as other interested parties, some find that corporate bullying is the way to treat their families when they don't want their tenants there. Also they over charge for any fixes as you leave to which we will make sure that never happens again. They are a small company thinking they are million dollar real estate agents, they are not worth the time and they will slander you and treat you as family at first until you have any problem with their home. It took a week in the winter to restore a hot water heater one to which does not barely even heat the water. What they don't realize is people can afford lawyers and we as tenants have RIGHTS as well as responsibilities. They will give you trash that is cleaned up and not fix the fences and claim it is your responsibility to fix their stuff. So this company is a sham, and their workers are fraudulent in their interactions. But this will all be resolved soon. My family had to suffer because of this company. Don't let yours. If you decide to use them have a Very good lawyer as I do.

Mr Lee is best! I reach out to many, many property management companies and Accelerate the best! He patient with my bad English, and he explain so well. I reached out to other PM Companies and they promise what they can not deliver. Almost though they not read their own contracts. My lawyer said Accelerate the only person who make sense with contract and services. Mr Lee is full service and able to sell AND rent. This good in case I don't keep my rental in future. Also he onboard me so easily with no issue whatsoever.

(Our landlords expect us to find, and place, qualified tenants for their units. You missed the mark with your very low credit score (below 550), your outstanding and uncollected debts, your inability to pay reservation funds in full and on time, and your prior eviction history.

- If you did your proper due diligence without discrimination you'd of seen there was no eviction on file and that the outstanding and uncollected debt was due to a college degree program that was completed for psychology and christian counseling and the majority of the rest of the debt was from hardships during the pandemic. As far as reservation fee's, you have no physical address and we were in contact for over 2 weeks with no response and reservation fee's in hand!

(Yet we still tried to find a path for you to be a tenant. However, since the beginning of the application process, and on ALL the paperwork you received, we stated that priority and the reservation of the unit goes to the applicant that pays the lease prep fee AND reservation funds, in full.)

- We recieved one email from you 30 minutes to closing on a thursday and had the deposit first thing in the morning, the following friday at your sister company because you have no physical address. We were in touch for weeks that we had the funds available at a moments notice!

(I’m confused as how you think you can go through life not paying debts, not prioritizing your housing, and in general not being responsible; then expect us to bend over backwards to accommodate and support those poor choices.)

- Well lets get this straight. How can you possibly know how we've gone through life or our priorities and call us irresponsible which is clearly a discriminating statement, without passing judgement. As far as confusion, WE know who the author of that is!

(Thanks for confirming we made the best choice for our clients. The positive out of all of this is that at least the last landlord finally got paid the money you owed them.)

- Again if you did your due diligence, you know that WE went above and beyond and bent over backwards to secure a future for our SIX children which includes a 5 month old baby and the money we invested which by the way was A LOT was not to our last landlord and over 7 years ago!
