The most seamless experience I have had when it seems like an overwhelming task of moving. PMC mortgage was extremely professional throughout. The process was completely transparent and efficient all while having outstanding customer service which is hard to find in tasks like a mortgage. Will and Steph not only made my life easier but made the process fun and exciting. There was so much ease in what seemed like a complicated task and there was so much helpful guidance throughout the loan process. Best of all- they got me the best rate in a very competitive market. I can not recommend PMC enough. By far the most responsive and attention to detail, PMC is the dream team!

I could not recommend working with PMC mortgage more, specifically Will Savage. He was so helpful on teaching us about all about mortgage and loans to purchase our first home. I think that one of the most valuable assets of working with a Real Estate Advisor are the vendors they have strong, positive relationships with. PMC Mortgage is at the top of my list. We had a closing yesterday (on Monday) and on Friday at 3:00 the underwriters dropped a surprise on them needing more information from the buyers about their rental history. Steph and Will of PMC jumped right into action calling the clients previous landlords from literally around the country.

When one of the landlords did not call back, Steph drove two hours round trip on Saturday to get the information that was needed.

Because of these efforts my clients are in their new dream home and closed on time! Thank you Steph and Will for everything!

Malcolm Claxton and the PMC mortgage team did a fantastic job! They made the process of buying a house smooth and easy!!
