Just recently moved on from residing here. I have to say it was very enjoyable and would absolutely go back in the future. Great amenities and Jessica and April are AWESOME and very nice. They always take care of their people and complex. Seriously, no complaints. Wonderful mail person that takes care of mail/packages on time. Great neighbors and apartment layouts. Definitely best of the best in the High Desert/Victorville Area! Wonderful little events and things provided by management for the residents to make your stay even better! Clean and nice pool/spa area. Always an employee or manager on site to answer questions or concerns. Took care of any issues I had with haste and adapted with my schedule for work. Would 1000% recommend Plum Tree apartments for anyone looking for a nice, clean, and friendly complex to stay at.

My wife and I lived at the Plumtree Apartments for around 6 years because we got very comfortable with our living situation. Management is very friendly and any time we had issues with the apartment maintenance promptly rectified the issue. Parking could be a challenge but management would speak to residents about broken down cars needing to be moved or having guests park in designated areas. The only issues we ever had were with noisy and inconsiderate neighbors who played their music with thumping bass at all hours. This ultimately was one reason why we decided to move other than wanting more space. The manager, Jessica, was always attentive to her residents needs and would speak to these neighbors and things would be better for a while. Jessica would also coordinate special events around holidays to bring the community together which was always nice. If I needed to move back into another apartment Plumtree would be at the top of my list

Nice move in special. Front exit Gate has been broken for weeks. Kids won’t play on their own steps. Always a disturbance super early in the morning (6am and later) the kids stay out super late. Latest I’ve heard them out was 10:30pm. I love kids but the ones living here don’t follow directions when maintenance advise them to pick up trash. They leave trash everywhere and do a lot of cursing. Screaming on the top of their lungs. Playing ding dong ditch. Kids throwing football around people cars, looking in people car windows, banging on the garages. Property staff is nice. Just think they don’t enforce the rules. We supposed to have quiet hours from 10pm-8am. KIDS NEED TO PLAY AT THEIR APARTMENTS AND NOT NEIGHBORS! I do think the garage shouldn’t be $75 they just went up from $50. Have a stackable washer and dryer which is small. Need to be remodeled since it’s an old property. They should ban pets. Some neighbors dogs bark ALL night. I’ve seen neighbors not picking up poop! Especially when allowing their children to walk the pets. They say take pictures but you don’t want to take pictures of folks without their consent.

A wonderful place to live! The manager arranges movie nights has events for the residents is always so sweet and kind! Pool is always clean environment is clean and well kept. Mostly love it here for the wonderful manager she is awesome and so kind to my family!

Plum Tree apartments was a such wonderful place to live. With amazing amenities and wonderful staff this little complex felt like home. My family of 5 and a chihuahua lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit for just over 3 years. The 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was spacious and often received comments from others about how large our apartment was compared to others in our area. My family of 5 fit comfortably with room to spare. Our master bedroom fit a large king sized bed, large dresser and mirror combo with end tables and still had room to walk around on both sides. The master bath is spacious and offer great amenities for any single or married couple with a large vanity top and glass doored shower. The 2 other bedrooms were spacious allowing for each room to have 2 twin beds with room to play and closet space to store lots of toys. We did utilize the dining room as our homeschool room and it was absolutely perfect in space and accessibility. The grounds are kept up nicely and the residents all seemed friendly. My experience was that the people who live here are quiet. The way the apartments are arranged makes it harder to hear neighbors. The units do share walls but in the years we lived here never had a complaint about noise or ever received a complaint for my 3 noisy children who were never heard from adjoined units. The property offers a beautiful shaded pool and 2 playgrounds that I can say were well loved by my children. All kept clean on a regular basis for safe clean and happy experiences.

The office staff is stellar. Julie, Jessica and all the staff take care of everything and are professional and rather helpful; one of the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. They definitely made living at plum tree a wonderful experience and if we ever were in need of any repairs all ut took was one call and the maintenance guys would be over as soon as they could repairing in such a professional and clean manner.

I really loved My home at Plum Tree and definitely would be lying if I said I didn’t miss it!

Loved living here until the “section 8s” started taking over. Both Shelly and Julie are excellent managers- very professional and helpful. I didn’t move out on default of management nor the condition of the apartments, but because of the poor quality neighbors that were coming in. I lived there for 3 years- and the least year had a stabbing, multiple drug deals, and homeless constantly going through the trash. People would stay out partying in the jacuzzi until late hours of the night, and the security was rarely seen. I hope they become more selective in regards to the tenants lifestyles and how they effect the good, honest, quiet and hard working neighbors.

As I said, management and maintenance were stellar towards me. Treat people as you want to be treated and perhaps mgmt will be more open to conversing with you. That’s my 2 cents.

My husband & I left extremely happy with Julie's customer service. She was very informative & funny, apartment hunting can be stressful & she calmed our nerves 100%. She was very professional & took the time to figure out what it was we wanted. We applied at the end of our tour & left confident. Thank you Julie!

Where to start JULIE the leasing manager was amazing. Honestly the best place I’ve ever lived, prior to this I lived in around 3 different places and this by far was my favorite. Unit is clean, up to date and when things broke it always got fixed. Shout out to the maintenance guy ! Dude always in his A game ! Plum tree is honestly the Oasis of Victorville.
