I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. We decided it wasn't the right time to accomplish our needs but I definitely felt like I was in great hands. I would not recommend this company. My fiancé and I rent with this company. Unfortunately we have no installation so they put portable heaters in. Unfortunately the heaters only get up to 86 and that is not good enough in South Carolina. Two weeks ago when it was 20° we were so uncomfortable in our own home that we pay to live in. Again I would not recommend this company, save your money and go with someone else.

My name is Hannah Ackerman and I am a tenant of Heroic Rentals. This company really goes above and beyond to help out with whatever we may need. They are very prompt when dealing with any issues that may come up while we have been in their care. We had a maintenance problem and literally within 15 minutes my sink problem was being taken care of. The maintenance man said he is was already on site and so he figured he'd go ahead and help us get our issue handled while he was already there. My fiance and I both 10/10 recommend this company. If you are looking to rent in the Greenville and surrounding areas, Heroic Rentals is for you!

I’m currently renting from there and haven’t met none of my requests nor requirements.. after paying my hard earned money and nothing is complete.. and secondly when it comes to making payments it can get a little tricky so watch out

I had a very fast and pleasant experience working with Heroic Rentals. I had the pleasure of working with Lydia who was very responsive, kind, professional and compassionate! My fridge died yesterday.
Heroic Rentals responded the next morning! They sent a maintenance tech out to check.
It couldn't be repaired so they replaced it!
