I would like to share my experience that my husband and I had working with Dorette Clark from Platinum Realty, Inc. We were living in Colorado at the time, and we wanted to move to Northeastern South Dakota. We didn't have the time to take off work and find a house, so we looked online. We found a home on Trulia and proceeded to find a realtor, but many of them that we contacted did not return our phone calls.........except Dorette. She returned our call and agreed to help us. I've never seen anyone go above and beyond to help us like Dorette did. This was a complicated move as everything was done online, from picking out the home, viewing the home, and finally closing on the home. She took the time to video chat with us and show us the home and all the details we wanted to see. She always, and I mean always, returned our phone calls, even if it was outside business hours. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the ins and outs of buying a home, especially in the way that we did, from out of state. We felt confident while making this complicated home purchase, that we were in good hands. Our search for a new residence, started as a result of a physical inability to navigate, our home's many stairs. I searched for a local realtor and a friend quickly referred us to, Jill Schoenfeld of Platinum Realty, Broker/Owner in Watertown, SD.

Waiting, working with Jill and the others, one meets while moving through the residential purchase process, we found that the sale of our residence, could move forward and escape was completed expeditiously.
In turn, we no longer had our sale, on a contingency, for the purpose of contract, in the purchase of our new anticipated and favorite family residence. Jill went to bat for us, as she had throughout, this arduous period. Final pitch, new offer for purchase from the same owner, as previously, three months prior. Three days later, we were looking at signing documents and planning our move.
We're still moving into our new residence.
Jill is someone, I have great admiration, respect and believe she is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She took the challenge, walked the walk, talked the talk. Encouraged us, supported us and then we saw Jill hit the Homerun, scoring us the winning run for the exact residence we sought, for three months.
No more steps or stairs, single floor, open concept and now a much safer and answer to any prayers!
