I see quite a few good reviews, I wish I could say my experience was the same. I emailed this company a few days ago to look at a rental property. No response. I then called, again no response or call back. Today I finally get a hold of Toni and she is extremely rude when she answers the phone, cutting me off before I even say the name of the property. "I had a group viewing on that house and I already have applications in that look promising and will probably get approved" she says essentially telling me "no you can't see it and I don't care". Well you know what Toni? Maybe if you would have actually emailed me back a few days ago I could have been in on that group viewing as well and put an off in also. Thanks a lot for not helping at all or even offering any other rental properties you might have. I would say I'm disappointed but since I don't know you maybe this is how you are normally and I should just be saying "thanks for giving me the worst possible service ever". If I could give you a negative score I would.

I have helped take care of cleaning there rental and move out homes, they have always kept up with things to repair and paint before new tenants move into rentals. All move out homes are completely checked and gone over before homes are sold. All areas in home is wiped down and cleaned professionally. M&D House Cleaners always strive to do Quality cleaning in each and every home. Love this company ,Kelli(manager) very dedicated to take care of new clients always., Toni , Owner, not very friendly, if someone is not quite right, your not working for her anymore, she is to arrogant.

Total Package. We bought our home with Toni in 2008 and she was awesome. We moved away a few years later and Platinum Properties managed our home as a rental until recently. They were very professional and easy to work with. Toni recently sold our home for us and she was again, awesome. I can’t recommend Platinum Properties enough.
