We were exploring new developments and connected with Brandon in Douglassville to help us find the perfect spot. During our visits, we unexpectedly got a flat tire. Without hesitation, Brandon jumped in to assist us with changing the tire, showing genuine care and going above and beyond in a way we didn’t expect. Throughout our search, he was incredibly helpful, willing to go out of his way to make sure we found the best options available for us by going the extra mile and showing us to another community. The reviews you see regarding Tina Ulmer is true. I was the Realtor & buyer. I currently have a lawsuit against her company as I believe she sold me a new construction home with RADON! Yes RANDON which is deadly! I believe she intentionally disclosed of this based on my documentation I’ve already sent my attorney. She is very unprofessional and unethical! Please do not be fooled just because it’s new construction, always do an indirection. The neighbors came to me saying they are intentionally selling homes knowing Radon has been detected in Windermere subdivision in Douglasville ga. She is AWARE of it because I even told her. If this company does not tell you about the RADON in these homes, I suggest seeking legal counsel like me, I have children & had I known I would’ve never bought this new construction house. Windermere has known cases of RADON in this community, not just one house but several! This company is horrible & from my experience I will never buy another house from them. I’m a Realtor & they did not care to disclose this to me. That should tell you something about their morals. They knew it was RADON detected in previous homes in that subdivision. They even provided a device for one neighbor. Whether a buyer gets an inspection or not, the agent & seller has the legal right to disclose of this. Future buyers get a RADON TEST done! I purchased a home with Platinum Keys over 1 year ago and my experience using them was not a good one. My wife and I were so excited to purchase our first new construction home in a new community and get our daughter into a highly rated school district. However, because we did not use PK’s preferred lender, they made the process very challenging for us. They changed my closing date multiple times without first confirming my availability. We were able to get time off work to meet the first date change but when they changed it a second time and we couldn’t make it, they fined us $500. The owner, Tina Ulmer, created barriers and treated us like enemies instead of a client trying to buy our dream home. Our agent, Kenneth Hill, was not very knowledgeable about any questions we had nor very responsive. He told us that the model home we wanted was not offered on the available cul de sac lot. Months after we closed, we noticed that the exact model we asked for was being built on that cul de sac lot! To make matters worse, no one from Platinum Keys showed up to our closing! Overall, professionalism, courtesy, and customer service does not seem to be a priority to this company.
