Pioneer built our home in the Plantation section of the Grand Harbor community. The entire experience from selection and planning through construction and completion was perfect. Their subcontractors are very good, their suppliers and vendors provide excellent materials and service. Their staff, from Randy and Terri in the front office, to Steve as our dedicated project manager couldn’t have been any better. The house turned out perfectly with only very minor adjustments being necessary after completion. I highly recommend Pioneer to anyone wishing to build a quality high end home.

Contacted this business to get information on getting a home built but I’m disabled and can best communicate through email or text because I have very little voice. Was told “I am sorry, but we can’t work on your situation. After speaking with the owner, we just don’t have the manpower or time to help.”
