I manage a local law firm and we had a property manager before Pintail and they were great, but I would have to bring every issue to them and follow up. The thing I like most about Pintail Property Services is that they are very proactive about issues, maintenance, communication and working with our budget on items. I mainly work with Brian Sparks, and he has made himself available through email, phone call and text for anything I need. He's patient, intelligent and really cares about his clients. I appreciate the time, effort, energy and care PPS puts into their work. They're the best Property Management I have dealt with in years.
