Nakia, the buyer’s agent on my home, engaged in deceptive tactics to push a price reduction. She brought in a contractor she regularly works with, who falsely claimed there were major issues. When questioned, the contractor even admitted to inflating the report to help her client negotiate a discount! This was not an honest inspection—it was a coordinated scheme to manipulate the deal.

If you’re selling a home and Nakia is involved, be extremely cautious. This kind of unethical behavior wastes time, money, and trust.
