Jenny is very considerate caring and she goes above and beyond to help all tenants also she’s a very timely person if her tenants need anything done and she has improved this community I must say in so many ways and I’ve known this community before and it really has upgraded and improve a lot

Letter to Corporate,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the housing application process at your establishment in Lake City, SC—specifically Pineview on Rae Street.

When I first applied, I encountered significant issues with the online application system, necessitating an in-person visit for assistance. While I was there, I noticed another individual experiencing similar online difficulties. Despite these initial hurdles, I proceeded with the process and was shown two different units. Given the urgency of securing housing before the school year begins, I was assured that a unit would be available to me soon.

However, days passed without any update. Additionally, I was required to connect my bank account to your app and provide two pay stubs. This redundant requirement was concerning, as no other rental establishment has ever asked for both bank access and pay stubs.

After fulfilling all requested documentation—including a background check, proof of income, bank records, and service animal documents—I was informed that further actions were required. By this point, I felt frustrated and misled by the repeated delays and additional demands.

Ultimately, I decided to apply for housing elsewhere and was approved within hours. This experience has left me very disappointed in your business practices. You have lost a potential resident who could have contributed positively to your community.

I moved last month and I truely say its was a great experience. Rent is only $665 Amazing, I wasn’t expecting the home to as beautiful as it was.Pineview has changed from when I use to know it Lady in Office really pretty great smile their is only two pets allowed which is crazy but other then that neighborhood is getting better

MS. Tracey is awesome. Very helpful and respectful. This community has changed a lot since she had been managing. Keep up the great work and appearance. She make the residents feel safe but the community
needs cameras.

I recently visited this park for a tour with the manager Tracy and it was literally one of the best tour experiences I’ve had in months. Me and my family have had issues with poor management in the past which is one of our reasons for relocating but when we met with her for our tour we were immediately sold. We haven’t met any other park manager that was as charismatic as her. Most of the time they are just money hungry and uninterested. Tracey gave us so much information and answered all of our questions (and trust me we asked alot) even down to the schools, restaurants and parks in the area. The amount of patience this woman has is incredible!!!. If you are looking for a spacious home with great management you should definitely choose this park. Our search is finally over!!!

Came here the other day for a tour and told myself that I have to leave a review for the Manager Tracy!! She was nothing short of amazing answered all of my questions and most importantly she didn’t pressure me! I’ve also spoke with a few of the residents and they said they love her and that she has changed the park tremendously since she’d been managing! I am so looking forward to moving in!!

Been living here almost a year now and it’s my first time moving out on my own, can honestly say the on-site manager Ms. Tracy is amazing when it comes to making sure the tenants are taken care of. Kind of like having another mom to go to when I need help.

I can only say one thing professionalism. Since when i first moved into now it has been a 360° turn around. This is due to the property and facility managers. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that things are well taken care of at Pineview. Thanks for all you do to make things home. Tracey and Lacy have done so much to ensure the safety of there tenants. One thing I have notice that there aren't any cameras on the property. I feel this would help in the safety of the facilities shootings and deter criminal action.
