If I could give them zero stars I would. They like to add fees and increase rent, while offering little to no amenities (aside from door trash pickup, which they charge you extra for but won’t let you opt out of). Again they like to add fees and paying your rent early will have you paying the same fees you would if you paid it late. The staff is rude and demeaning and their overall attitude is as if you’re living there for free and they’re graciously allowing it.

Pain free renting!

Pineapple Properties makes it easy when it comes to being a landlord! They take care of my tenant while minimally involving myself in the contract writing, rent collection, and any minor issues that come up. They are quick to respond to any questions I have and have been very pleasant to work with over the three years I've been renting with them!

I will say, for any large problems, they are prompt to forward me all of the details and wait for my decision on the path forward.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience in having Pineapple Properties as my property manager, the peace of mind knowing they have your back is very comforting!

Easiest process I have ever been through. The apartment is very nice with great prices on rent. The leasing office is very professional and friendly and the maintenance come and fix things every-time you put in a work order. Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with.

Great company to rent from. Maintenance request are dealt with very quickly. They also understand that life happens and show compassion. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live.
