Renters beware! The $300 “holding deposit” is non-refundable! They won’t consider your application without it and they won’t give it back. This was not made clear and for a reason. Unless you are absolutely sure Picerne is the only place you’re waiting to hear from steer clear of this money grabbing company. If “0” was a choice that’s what they would get! They are just another corporate slum lord, they do not care and it shows! Thank you for making an already stressful situation of moving even worse and setting me back with your refusal to refund the $300.00. I was told it was refundable with in 72 hours then you say “sorry, it’s actually 24 hours.” You didn’t even start my application within 24 hours. Despicable company.

Just another corporate entity that doesn’t actually care about you or the quality of your home. Look elsewhere when renting in RI. My apartment is on a waitlist and I can’t move out without paying an exuberant amount to break the lease. If you’re on a waitlist here, chances are your room is available but they’re squeezing the current occupant for as much dough as possible.

Tried to discuss breaking my lease 10 months in with them…wasn’t helpful at all…only gave me 30 days to pay 2 months of rent and went right to collections can’t even get an apartment anywhere else….homeless. Thank you Pierne for caring about profit over renters. Staff at oasis at plainville are a complete waste of time too…they said I could do a payment plan but was eager to give it right over to collections.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give a "0" I would!!! Bayside Country Club is the last place you want to live!!! It is impossible to get through to the office, no one ever answers the phone. The common areas ( stairways, halls, etc.) are filthy! I would love to introduce the cleaning/ maintenance crew to a vacuum because I don't know when the last time the common areas were vacuumed or dusted, the spiderwebs are taking over, the dust on the windowsills is gross! THIS PLACE CANNOT BE THE BEST WARWICK HAS TO OFFER!!!!!!! Look else where!!!!

Unscrupulous lending practices by unqualified agents that will tell you anything to get you in to an apartment only for it to be a problem they 'can't do anything about' later on down the road. A complete lack of even routine maintenance plagues all of their properties with visible water stains and a constant aroma of mildew. Despite a lack of cleanliness and maintenance on the part of Picerne, they will find something to complain about with everybody despite somehow never managing to address the concerns of residents. Most building doors don't even lock, leaving entire apartment buildings unsecured the entire 2 years we lived there.

If you are looking for an apartment, keep looking unless you are completely desperate. I know for a fact they own Pilgrim Park, Shady Oaks, and Sandy Lane and unless you are faced with immediate homelessness, my advice would be to not rent from any property they are even vaguely associated with.

The 60.00 a month rent increase 2021 at Bayside is outrageous. The rent increased quite
a bit each year since I moved in but this amount is truly excessive. It's as if they are trying to get us to move out. OMG not only increasing the rent 60.00 dollars a month. They are requiring rent insurance at a minimum of 16.00 dollar a month

I have lived at Villa del Rio for over six year, and up until this year it has been a great place to live. The new office management of this property has nothing better to do but nick pick every little thing. Also, there is a weird guy who walks around the back of my building looking into apartments. Fine a happier place to live because I'm looking for a happier place to move to.

This company is incredible. Lived in 2 different Picerne apartment complexes over the past 10 years and have never had a complaint. The properties are beautiful and well kept. The customer service and staff have always made me feel like family.
