We moved to Bakersfield almost 11 years ago. Not long after that we met Phyllis. She was an agent selling homes in our area. Knowing that I had relocated here for my job and that we would be moving back to Northern CA when I retired, she would check in with us to see how things were going. She did an amazing job marketing our home with her choice of an excellent photographer that really showcased our home. Once our home was listed, we immediately started getting requests for showings. It wasn't long after that that we received an offer. Phyllis helped us through the escrow process and was, yet again, available to answer and anticipate questions we may have. There is no substitute for experience!

As a first time seller I knew very little about the market and what I would have to do to sell my house. The first time Phyllis looked at my property she knew exactly what kind of buyer it needed to sell it fast and without dilemma. She knew what I wanted out of the property and she didn’t waste time on offers that she knew I wouldn’t go for. Even at the eve of escrow, she fought to keep my deal secure and fair. All throughout the experience, Phyllis knew exactly how to handle the legalities of the transaction and made sure that everything was done accurately.
