We were introduced to Dan by our real-estate broker into the last minute of a transaction. Dan and his team quickly seized the issues that mattered to us and were able to provide the best alternatives in a quick and concise way. Dan was always available on short notice to provide clarifications as we needed and always took the time to insure we where comfortable with the outcome. Dan and the entire PHX Lending team were absolutely amazing during our home buying process. Dan and Marquel at PHX Lending are AMAZING! I definitely recommend their mortgage services. Highly efficient, very determined and fantastic communication. We were just about to close with another lender that kept changing our numbers/rates and our relator recommend giving PHX Lending a chance to look it over. Dan & his team got us closed in under a week and saved us $17K in fees that the other lender had worked into the papers. They worked all hours and I think used a bit of magic to pull off a unique situation that came up with buying our new home. Dan and Marquel fought some uphill battles with our original lender (our bank BOA) which was going to charge us high fees to get loan approved. Dan and his team saved us much time and money and we moved into our new home just over a week ago & couldn't be more thrilled in choosing PHX Lending.

Amazing experience! From application to closing The Phoenix Broker made the process quick and easy. Their team saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs compared to the loan I was moving forward with at the time. I was nervous to switch late in the purchase process, but they had my loan ready to close insanely fast (way ahead of the initial closing date we were aiming for!).
