Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
My parents hired this company to manage their property, and they inexplicably withheld six months’ worth of rent until I personally followed up to find out where the payments were. There was no explanation on why it was held, even after my parents repeatedly called and emailed them until I stepped in. Communication was a major issue; they responded to emails at their convenience, rarely responded when they did, and I only got a reply after calling from an unfamiliar number.

Their "management" was virtually nonexistent. They acted more like a middleman collecting a fixed fee just to pass along rent, with minimal involvement in actual property management. When it came to maintenance and repair issues, they told me outright that I would need to handle it myself and communicate directly with the tenant. Isn’t that exactly what we hired a management company to take care of?

We’ve since switched to another property management company due to their lack of professionalism and poor service. Save yourself the frustration—DO NOT HIRE this company.

Phi Nguyen is my realtor/real estate agent, and he is the best. He is bi-lingual as well. This is my husband's and my first time buying a home. We tried to DIY the process, and we wasted so much time. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and helpful. Highly recommend him if you need help looking for a home.

They're the property management company that lease next door to me. They refuse to hold their owners accountable and they will lease properties knowing that there are serious issues with them. Therefore, their willing to prepare contracts knowing that the landlord is already in violation and unwilling to expedite the needed repairs. I'm amazed that no one has brought them up on charges, because property management firms have regulations that they must adhere to.

Staff very friendly. Been renting from them since 2016. Not perfect but they do try their best to make sure tenants get repairs when needed. I would and have recommended to friends.

These are some seriously helpful people. I fell behind on my rent and they really worked with me and my family! I lost my job and my wife went out on disability. I did get another job but I was behind on rent. The office manager was not judgmental. He listened then spoke. If these people have a house for rent you really consider. Thank you office manager and Phong Duong Group!!!❤️

We can't get anywhere with this realty. We set up an appointment to view a home, 15 other families were lined up with us. They bug you to keep your scheduled viewing, but have no common courtesy to inform you that other families were interested BEFORE you so your chances of getting the house is next to zero. They don't mind wasting other people's time.

Rented a home from him and it was literally a shXt show. It started with another mgmt company in charge and he came in at the end of our lease and did nothing. We had sewage back up in the back yard for almost a year and code enforcement was called by our neighbors because of the smell. Long story short, never fixed anything, I replaced two fridges, 1 stove, and 3 walls for mold in the 3 years we lived there. Once his friend told him to take over he kept popping up without notice and came in our yard constantly. We would hold money and then get evictions and then they would come and pretend to do something and then we could stay. Told him we were moving an then all of the sudden we owe money and then he won't take the money and said we have to go...so we did. He said "no court, just go." Then the next thing I know I have a $3K lien in Phong Duongs name on my credit. I still speak to a few of my neighbors and they say same thing with new tenant. Problem child on the street.
