I ordered some new parts for stove that I needed and they came in and I was notified promptly . It was delivered in a timely manner and was in my possession just as promised. We got a great deal, and the guys were all super helpful, generous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Phillips for anybody looking for good deals on used appliances. Our stuff works perfectly and they really helped us out.

Edit: I think our stove had German roaches in it, which led to an infestation in the house. So look out for that.

When a business stays around as long as phillips appliance has you expect they know what they're doing. That's what lead me to stop in and look around before buying new washer and dryer. I didn't hesitate to make a purchase after walking though and seeing the selection. It's been a couple weeks since they were delivered and both are doing a great job. I would advise any one planning to maybe make a purchase. Pay with cash. After looking over my reciept I notice I was charged $21 for payment with my debit card. I can't think of any reason to justify this charge what so ever and would probably cause me to shop elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. I came in had a part number for my dishwasher. They had the part in store and they beat all the online prices. I got the item I wanted/needed same day for an inexpensive price and shopped local, a win-win! Definitely recommend

I needed a refrigerator for a rental asap. I called Phillips Appliance where they were very helpful, and even the employee I spoke with on the phone was professional and courteous.
They went above and beyond to satisfy my appliance need. I did not even see the refrigerator before I bought it, I trusted them to be honest about the purchase without me even seeing it first. My tenant called to say she was very happy with their work and the refrigerator.

My mom have purchased two washers from them...and with being used..they have superb quality and this company stand behind their product as well as warranty.......I spoke with the mgr,Blake on numerous occasions on the issue of the product n he related to the owner.........no time satisfaction guaranteed..and patience as well,for my mom is 86 n I explained it will take her awhile to answer the door........again Hats off to the owner..n Blake Is a true asset to your company.
