i was surprised at the cost of an oil change. Tire rotation was always include, 122.00 for an oil change is way to much. I was supposed to have my recall item fixed at the same time. If i had known the part was on order, I would have had an oil change elsewhere. I've always like Phil wright, this was disappointing

This was my first time at this dealership, and I had the privilege of speaking and buying with the salesman Bryr he provided a genuinely comfortable car buying experience when I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from him. I had lifters repaired and I stayed I had a warranty but they stated I didn’t have. It cost me almost six thousand dollars out of pocket. And I had a watt entry with ASC if they would have run the vin number it would have shown up.
