The BEST and most thoughtful lender out there. I cannot recommend Paul and the Team enough. I spoke with 8 lenders and not only did they get me the best rate (even paying the buy down at their cost), but they closed our loan in just 9 days + sent us a personalized cutting board to commemorate the closing. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE with an AMAZING TEAM!

I had the pleasure of working with Petra Cephas for my first home purchase. As exciting as the process can be, there is a great deal of confusion that comes with the unknowns of home buying. From the first conversation with loan office, Chris McFarland, my mind was put at ease. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accessible. Accessibility may not seem like an important attribute, but when you have question after question regarding one of the most important purchases of your life, you want to be sure that there is someone on the other end able to tend to your needs.

I will say that from my first contact in May-2023 to kick-start the process until closing in Jan-2024, Chris was just a phone call away to answer questions and help me understand all the nuances and financial jargon that I am not an expert in. I am sure there were times where I asked the same questions over and over, but he was patient with me as a customer and had no issue with repeating the information and providing additional information as needed to prepare me for purchase. After that, I simply needed to find a home.

Once I found my home, everything was pretty much smooth sailing because of him preparing me over the months. Once we were officially in the process, Mansi Gandhi, the loan processor kept in contact with detailed instructions as to what was needed and by when to keep the ball rolling.
