I was referred to Pete Horiszny/CMG Financial -Tampa by a realtor friend who has worked with them many times. The condo I rented was being sold and so I decided to buy a condo. I called Pete and told him about my situation and from our first conversation, I knew he was someone that was knowledgeable, professional and loved what he does! I could see why he came So Highly Recommended by many people. He listened to me about what I wanted to buy and what my budget would be. He was Very Responsive, and Objective. His detailed knowledge of financial lending and the programs that are available to the consumer as it pertains to real estate - were Impressive! He was always eager to answer even the simplest questions. He and his assistant Katie Hanford were always helpful and available to explain everything about the necessary legal documents that had to be signed. Pete explained everything in a way that helped me make informed decisions and saved me a lot of time and money because of it! Pete Horiszny is Awesome! I went through 2 lenders and they didn't do a good job, until I met Pete. He took the loan over and was able to save our purchase contract. Pete and his team are the best! I have used Pete for 2 mortgages and he and his team were on top of every process of my loan. They kept me informed at all times of every step by phone calls, email, and text. He is the only one i feel comfortable using as a mortgage loan officer. He and his team are very nice and personable.
