This office needs to close immediately. Our immediate dealings was with the realtor Shaniqua. She held the earnest payment for 2 weeks before sending it to the attorney’s office because in her words “she forgot”. There was an issue with the incorrect filing of the title paperwork which delayed our closing date. She did not bother to give this information to us but instead insisted that our date was the same. Only after letting her know that both the bank and the closing attorney had informed us otherwise did she recant her story. After that issue was ironed out, the last thing that was the problem was the transfer of the HOA and it’s fees. She waited until a week before the new closing date to submit this paperwork to be approved to pay the fees. Needless to say, we have still not closed over the sum of $175. I have been advised that the buyer cannot pay the fee and that usually the realtor handles it upfront and gets approval later. $175 compared to the commission they are about to receive should make this a non-issue. Throughout this process, the Broker in Charge has been contacted and her resolution is to say that she will call Shaniqua. DO NOT DO business with these people. There is no communication and the communication that you do receive is more than likely a falsehood. Procrastination takes on an entirely new meaning with company and customer service is non existent.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called because my realtor and I haven't been able to get a hold of a specific listing agent, trying to put an offer in on a property. Within the first 60 second I got yelled at for calling them. I was just asking if there was another way to get a hold of her.

This company are fakes pros and cons what they do is let family members have first choice which is pleasure and not business this agent will not be truthful and trust worthy of your time she is bad for business 🙏🏾 I pray for her because she breaks her oath and should be reported to the board because her records will shows every or most of her listing goes to folks who are kin to her instead of regular buyers !!! 💯

The majority of the rentals are not advertised truthfully. When repairs need to be done, they take forever to do the work or not at all.

Completely Unprofessional, have submitted offers and will never hear back from anyone, the Broker then hung on me when i called to check in. Needs to be reported!!!
