I had a wonderful experience at Perry Ridge apartments. The new manager Amy Torres was very mindful and had fantastic manners. She attended to all my questions and answered them to the fullest potential. Highly recommended to anyone needing a roof over their head

as a visitor Perry Ridge Aptms Marion Al. has a very clean Facility it smells like the summer breeze and I love the smell of disinfectant cleaner that is used and its also very clean and flowery on the outside ? such beautiful flowers so clean from the outside to inside come out and take a tour promise you won't regret it!!

Very clean. I love all the flowers outside. The manager plans monthly activities for the tenants. It's nice to see an organization and manager that cares about the tenants.

Every time i visit this place the manager in the front office Amy.... I believe.... is always so nice. Everything is always so clean and smells amazing.
