I absolutely love performance property management!! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! They really do go above and beyond to help you. After many applications to other places and paying fees just to get denied performance property management worked with me and got me approved very quick and in to an amazing house! Any problems I had at the house they were quick to get someone out the next day if not the day of the request. Their company also had sponsors put money together and buy all their tenants that had kids backpacks and school supplies for school which I thought that was very nice of them I’ve never had a property management even care about anything besides getting rent. The receptionist are very sweet and always helpful. And Dana was just amazing!! She really is the best,very understanding, very kind woman that went above and beyond for me. Im very thankful for her because she helped me so much in my time of need. And throughout my whole lease to the very end.I definitely would recommend this property management to everyone!!

I have been working with Jameson and Dayna for the last 6 months and they have been a great improvement over the last 3 property managers that I have had for my multiple Bakersfield properties.

They listen; They communicate; They are professional and are concerned with both tenants and the Landlords.

They alert us with needs for the property before it becomes a problem; Likewise, with tenants as well.

I normally don't like writing reviews. However Performance Property Management feels like another extension of family. So I feel like mentioning a few things. The application process was smooth and they were very quick to get back to us. The application fees are a lot cheaper than most places and they don't leave you hanging. Their professionalism goes above and beyond what you could ever even imagine. If you made it this far, excellent let me continue. So far, and I mean this with all the 38 years of my life experience so far that these guys at Performance Property Management are by far the very best people to work with and they know their stuff when it comes to any information regarding housing and legalities and are quick to help you answer any questions you may have. Their maintenance is very responsive having the work requested done within 7 days of receiving the request. Actually they came the same day and fixed my issues, so very surprised by this! All in all, I would rate more than 5 stars I would probably give 100. Thank you very much for the amazing experience thus far and by the way THEY LOVE OUR ARMED FORCES AND MILITARY VETERANS AND MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM SO PLEASE IF THIS IS YOU APPLY WITH THESE GUYS AND NO ONE ELSE!
