Peregrine Property Management took over administration of my building mid-lease, resulting in new issues for tenants. Dumpster was too small for number of tenants on property and was regularly overflowing. Rent raised significantly under PPM's ownership. Property manager insulted me personally when I asked for a copy of the invoice/documentation of work done in my unit and the associated costs. She callously stated that I was wasting her time (she had "better and more important things to do than talk to me") and she didn't owe me an explanation nor would she share the invoice. I had to reach out to the parent company and speak with a senior staff member at Verco who lives in another state/is not onsite to see the invoice and resolve the issue. According to housing forums, Peregrine Property Management office has a reputation for exploiting tenants and ignoring maintenance issues.

Unable to directly reach out to anyone at the office. Everything is routed through an answering service and no one contacts you back. Still fighting to receive my security deposit back. Loyal tenant for 8 years, looking like I'll have to go to court to get my money back as they have ignored the state laws. Empty promises, very discouraged and frustrated. Almost an entire month has gone by and still have yet to receive my deposit after doing everything right. Notifying, cleaning the unit, signing the forms etc. Over the years haven't had the best track record with the property over in North Providence. You're better off elsewhere.

Decent apartments at great prices. Staff got back to me relatively quickly. The maintenance man who assisted me was very knowledgeable and even gave me his personal number so I could reach him anytime. The leasing process was easy and 90% digital which worked well with my busy schedule. They also make it easy to pay the rent with their online bill pay. Never had a problem with the one time payment option, but I never used the auto pay option cause I'm personally not a fan with any company. The appartment I rented had good friendly neighbors that helped me feel welcome right away. If I had any complaints it was that the heat and hot water was always too hot. When I'd put it down in the basement one of the neighbors would always put it back up so mine apartment must have been linked with theirs. Brett who help me with everything was great! I had an issued with National Grid trying to double charge even though Electric was included and he personally reached out to them and took care of the issue within 36 hours NG apologized.

The most useless people I have ever rented from. Will not look into any maintenance request. Do not enforce rules when tennants break them. Raised our rent when the house is literally falling apart (there are pieces of the deck and roof in the back yard, the deck is going to collapse, and the floors are sinking). Did not give us a key to or even tell us about storage area and laundry room in the basement. I hope to get out of here as soon as humanly possible.

Peregrine Property demonstrates clear lack of response and little care for the neighborhoods in which they manage properties. I have asked them to remove the trash on their property and have had to go to the City of Providence.

These guys are the worst. they will raise your rent, when you live in ome of their apt. complexes, then if there is something you need, they will take your info, and you will never hear anything from them after that. Ask me about how they plow the driveway, or parking lot areas? its non existent.. even if you have multiple people calling! the customer service is just horriddddd. I dont usually do these reviews but this group of workers are lazy and just plain out dont give a damn. I have plenty of proof and emails of things that have broken down and need looking at but never have gotten a phone call by one of there "Technicians" on call. I just think if you wanna keep people happy you wouldnt treat em like there just another tenant and you can get more. I havent been a nuisance, calling non stop, pay on time everytime, and try to fix things myself but when refridgerators are sounded like they are going to go and they dont send anyone, or your back sliding door has a broken lock and they dont send anyone, then yeah even you would be upset. anyways have good day! hope this helps

They own my apartment complex and never return calls or messages whether they are about something that needs to be fixed, someone parking in our reserved parking place or homeless man possibly living living in a van on property. Building is unsafe, have a hole in our landing right outside of the backdoor that is being ignored.

Over priced apartments in crime and drug filled areas, hard credit checks, application fees, requests for pay stubs, and then decline you despite making more than 3x the rent as they ask. Keep searching there are more affordable apartments then the ones these criminals manage. (The 2.7 overall rating should speak for itself)
