I want his many people to know about perch properties. Janaka help me in so many ways. Before my ADU was even built, Janaka came out several times, and gave me ideas on what tenants like, and dislike. Then Janaka listed my ADU for lease and had Nirash and Jay show my property and were very professional. They communicated with me and they found a potential tenant right away, if you're looking to sell or lease a property or have the manager property go no further call Perch Properties. Janica is really unprofessional lying about penalty codes to finesse me out of my down payment. Janica team does not know what they’re doing and follow his word. I have a bunch of proof of my roommate damaging the house and he’s trying to charge me for it. Day two of Illegal business Jan assistant came to my apartment without a notice, trying to get me to sign A final inspection when I wasn’t even notified 24 hours in advance I also have a video of them, forcing me to sign and I denied
