Despite poor ratings, I gave the place a shot. Mostly because I was already pre-approved and didn't want to drive far to search for a car.

They were quite busy but very rude and unprofessional. I wanted a Lyric and was guided to see the one on the showroom. The guy that led me there opened the car, walked away, and never returned with the key. After ten minutes of waiting, and having a female sales rep slam the door in my face while I was sitting in the back, I closed up that car and walked out to another, and the same guy gave me the same treatment.

Fed up, I walked away, and as I headed to my car, another female sale rep came out and asked if I needed some assistance. I thought they were about to get some grace, but she was just as unprofessional as the others. I asked her if their was a moon roof option, and instead of simply saying yes, she shared the $1600 price difference. I told her I didn't need to drive and proceeded to take a dump in their restroom.

The one star is for that restroom because it was immaculate. I left a tip because the cleaning crew is the only thing good here.

If you're black, show up in a 3 piece suit or don't waste your time. I wrote this review while using the restroom.

I had a 10:00am appointment on 3/18 to service my 2021 Chevrolet Bolt regarding a problem with the lithium battery. At 5:30 pm today, the service department notified me that they do not service Chevrolet Bolts! They waited until one half hour before the service department closed to notify me of this fact. I would also like to point out that I called several days ago to have a service advisor call me today. No one did. The only communication I had was when I contacted them.

I will not be doing business with Penske Cadillac in the future! If your smart, you will avoid them as well!

When my husband got home from the dealer we noticed a huge ballooning of my rear tire. They kept telling me to bring it in, but how am I supposed to drive an hour with a tire that has a huge bubble. They didn’t offer to pick up the car or compensate me. I ended up paying out of pocket for a used tire on a 2023 car. Also notice big chip in windshield and they also stripped my license plate bracket forcing in the wrong size screws so I had to buy a new one to. My father in law wanted to by a used truck there, but I advised him not to

This might possibly be the worst run establishment in the United States, dealership or otherwise.

If you want to be treated horribly by people who are very poorly trained, have no knowledge of their product, confuse themselves and make everything more difficult than necessary, than this is the place for you.

If you think the above sounds like a terrible waste of time go elsewhere. This dealership is garbage, I would give less than 1 star if that was an option.

I left went to a different dealership and bought a similar car at the same price with much less brain damage.

Dishonest company with dishonest staff. DO NOT BUY FROM A LOW INTEGRITY DEALER!

When finalizing a quote, the salesperson tried to sneak in a $1,295 charge for some random unwanted item, plus she added in $4,995 for a service plan, plus she changed my trade-in from the quoted $20,650 down to $15,000 without saying anything (on a nearly new $29,000 2024 car) She got caught and just hoped I wouldn’t notice.

The total difference with their lame games and hidden charges and other shady attempts was almost $13,000 with taxes. I imagine they’ve done this to a lot of other people and gotten away with it.

by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced , Laylani , Hung up in my face multiple times , I have called back at least four times. None of the service advisor are ever able to help , If you even get to talk to 1 consider yourself lucky, I haven't even brought my car inside the shop yet and this is already the worst experience ever
