Due to their policy my food ruined that I had literally just bought.. it was due to
Management that my
Fridge wasn’t
Looked at and replaced
Nearly 48 hours later. Still
Waiting on upper management to
Replace the part of the food they caused to ruin. A bunch of hurry up
And wait and non communication is the problem
With the investors management company.

They Have Way To Many Rules, They Don’t Supervise The Surroundings Like Their Suppose To They Go Off What People Who Live Their Say. When I Moved In Their Were A Lot Of Buds Already All Over The Back Half Of The Apartments. Once I Went Out Of Town They Definitely Asked The Neighbors Whose It Was And They Immediately Blamed All Of It On Me And The Office Went Through With It! Which Is Very Unprofessional I’ve Seen Multiple Of People Smoking Inside And Outside Their Apartments And Walking Around The Exact Area Smoking But Since I Mind My Business I Haven’t Said Anything To Them If Their Office Was Doing The Proper Surveillance They Would’ve Been Knew About All The People Smoking Around The Premises And Wouldnt Have To Rely On Say So! They Also Don’t Give You Your Space As A Person Who Lives There They Literally Watch How Long You Have Someone In Your Home But Once Again It’s Also From Others In The Neighborhood Unless Your Neighbors Know You Or Is Close With You They Will Try And Get You Kicked Out Or Watch Your Home Like A Hawk ! I’ve Once Got Followed Home By Some Creep Hanging Around The Neighborhood I Told The Office they Did Nothing About It Didn’t Even Install Cameras Or Increase Any Type Of Police Supervision I Wouldnt Recommend Living Here Unless Your Really Down Bad And Have No Where To Go ‼️💯
