I purchased a 2014 nissan pathfinder from paynes Aug/24 from the get go the engine light was on told it needed a cadiilac converter got that did a month later the air went out git that fixed now here it is Jan/25 the transmission gone out. They sold me that vehicle knowing that it was a lemon I called yo tell them about how I'm disappointed dawn had an attitude if you know you still grieving why you at work knowing you need to have your people skills in order I'm sorry it happened to you but that was not professional im nit gone recommend anybody else to that place.

I had the most pleasant experience here today with Dawn. I have never purchased a vehicle and have been turned down by multiple car lots because of no credit. Dawn stayed past closing time to make sure I left with a vehicle and even helped me with making sure my insurance policy was valid for today instead of tomorrow like it was originally supposed to be. She also worked with me on down payment and got me in the car that best fit my needs.

Buyer beware. Do not buy a car from these people. Last year (Feb 2023) I purchased at 2015 Infinity Q50. The moment I put the car on the road, it had SEVERAL issues. Less than a month after getting the car, I had to bring it back to Moultrie so my dad could get it fixed. Once I got the car back to Atlanta, there were issues after issues. I took the car BACK to Moultrie because it was not reliable in the city. That entire process of me bringing the car back and forth from Moultrie to ATLANTA lasted for months (up until May 2024). I went to moultrie on May 25th, 2024 to pick up the car and bring it back home (atlanta). Not even a week later (today) I drove the car to work and it started smoking. I pulled into my job and called roadside assistance so they could come get it and tow it to the nearest shop. I just got a call saying that the car will cost 15,000 to fix because it has a bad motor!!! SMH! You guys sold me a vehicle that had a bad motor and you knew it. Scammers. That is all I have to say. Please, for the love of God (and your sanity) DO NOT buy a car from Payne's motors. It will save you time and a major headache.

I wish there was a negative 10 stars for this place!!! I have never had so much problems with a vehicle in all my life. I never should’ve bought a vehicle with a check engine light on to begin with, so that’s on me… But oh We’re going to fix it. Then, I finally found out now, that they did nothing to it… except water. So all they did was lie. Now the thing they claimed to have changed along with 2 other things is costing me $2800 So this place had my car from July almost 3 months and still couldn’t get it right

I cannot convey how awesome this place has been to us. My husband and I just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and are overjoyed with our new truck. They have treated us like family from the very first time we walked on their lot. The vehicles are immaculately clean and the staff are good folks who work extra hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. They work quick to get the deal done, and are willing to work with you to get things fixed that you didn't realize was wrong until after you pulled off the lot, even though they do not have to do that. I will never buy from another used dealership. Payne's have loyal customers in us!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn several years ago while working as a Financial Officer for a local Credit Union. Dawn and I quickly formed a working relationship since I was able to qualify members with a great rates on autos from her lot. Over the years I did probably 30 to 40 car loans per quarter for her and I ALWAYS had buyers love her and their cars!!! Many of the customers were repeat customers of hers and over time I know why...SHE IS FABULOUS!!! From the availability, quality, customer service. I highly recommend Dawn and her staff at Payne's!
