Our partnership with PCF has been nothing short of amazing! They have been a community partner for our residents safety and the safety of other communities by allowing the fire department and the RI Fire Academy to use their properties for training our next generation of men and women to serve their respective communities. Without them we couldn’t accomplish our mission. Their staff are second to none and are very involved in everything we do. I have been taking the classes for first home-buyers and I have to say that in the first 3 classes, I've learned so many important tools and vital things for home buying. One personal opinion of mine that I'd like to put out there is that the government organizations, like some banks, could have mandatory requirement for everybody to take the first home-buyers courses/classes. This is because this will compromise the seller and the buyer during an investment. (The information is power ) I'd also like to say thank you to Dianny Melusky, the director for home ownership, for her patience and always clarifying and questions. 10/10.

Great first time homebuyers' class! Dianny is incredibly knowledgeable and holds you accountable to get the class done successfully. However, the effort you put in directly impacts what you take away from it. As a whole, it was a well organized and presented series of classes, great guest speaker and "homework" was value added. Taking this class will definitely help in the homebuying process.
