In the process, she became a very good friend. My sister also ended up choosing Patty for a realtor as well. She was great throughout my entire house hunting process, even dealing with the banks. I'd like to give a shout out to our realtor who went so far above and beyond what was required of her. Patty Bain Healy, at ReMax near in Cumberland RI, was the seller's agent on our home in Cumberland. We liked her so much that I used her to sell my house and my housemate used her to sell her condo, both in Massachusetts. She is truly remarkable!!! I never knew a real estate agent could be so helpful. Not just in selling the properties, but in supporting us through the whole process, helping us get our houses ready to put on the market, running to the store to buy smoke detectors, helping us get rid of junk, etc., etc. I just can't say enough about her. Patty, thank you for everything!!! Anyone thinking of selling your house, talk to Patty. You won't regret it!

I am very excited to be writing this review for Patty Bain Healy, or as I call her the "Real Estate Whisperer Extraordinaire"! I have personally been friends with Patty and her family for years and adore her and them (her Mom and big sister Kathy are also long time realtors), but just this past December had the opportunity to work with her on selling a condo that I had been renting out in Weymouth MA for years after moving back to RI. I was definitely nervous going into the process not having sold a property before and not knowing how far into renovations my boyfriend and I should go and still make a profit. Patty was immensely helpful, patient and reassuring through every step of the process.

While we were in the renovation stages Patty would check in regularly on our progress and offer useful suggestions and invaluable and honest advice on what prospective buyers look for and how to stage for a quick sale. She was searching right along with me online in the evenings for deals on vanities and lighting and even offered her personal steam cleaning machine for my upstairs carpets and did them herself despite my protests. It truly felt like we were part of a team and she kept us laughing and motivated with our eye on the prize. Once the needed renovations were complete, she convinced me to up our agreed upon asking price by 10K and "GO FOR IT" and I'm so glad we did! She brought in a fabulous photographer that she uses regularly who made my 650 square foot condo look like a mansion and put together such an appealing write-up that it almost made me want to buy it again LOL! She definitely has a way with words and the ability to really emphasize a properties appeal and does her research on the location and surrounding areas to add that little extra something to a listing, a "bobby-dazzler" if you will!

After the first Open House, I had four very competitive offers that Patty reviewed thoroughly with me giving pros and cons and things to consider and within 4 days after being listed I was under contract at 5K over asking! The next month and a half was virtually a breeze. We, thankfully, went through a very smooth inspection process, sailed through the purchase and sales and met all of our deadlines even with the holidays upon us and COVID ramping up again. Patty uses Electronic signature software so getting the needed signatures on important documents between the buyer and seller was quick and easy. She handled all of the requirements for the fire alarms certificate and worked with my property management company to get the needed sign-offs from them. She was completely well versed in Massachusetts sale requirements and recommended a great lawyer for me to work with on the closing documents. She was always quick to respond to any texts or emails I sent her. Closing Day was a joy and right on schedule!

Looking back I truly do not think the process could have gone any smoother and I owe the majority of that to Patty. She has the most engaging personality and is fun, friendly and enthusiastic and most of all knowledgeable! The other agents, appraisers, inspectors, lawyers, buyers and sellers etc. all enjoy working with her and you can tell respect her greatly which helps when trying to meet deadlines. She truly is a GEM and will advocate for you and be your number one cheerleader and get you the BEST possible outcome. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My husband and I had a family realtor we were using but didn't feel like we had her full attention. So we seen a house on Zillow and requested a showing. Within a couple of hours Patty contacted us for a showing later that evening (worked best for my husband and I) even though this wasn't the house for us she still sat there and we talked for at least 30 minutes to an hour. We had such a good rapport that after we left that night my husband I continued to text her and show her houses we were interested in. She texted late and she responded Everytime!
