Patrick was courteous, prompt, and professional. He helped us through the sale of our home during a difficult time in the market. Unfortunately, we initially listed too high and so our house sat for a while; we had to pull and re-list. This may very well have been caused by the market conditions at the time, but in hindsight, I wish we would have been given more guidance towards a lower price at the beginning. It might have helped us be more competitive and saved us some headache down the line.

Ultimately, however, Patrick worked hard to help us get a good price for our house and we were able to get (almost) as much as we hoped for it.
